- 1/2 onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1-2 jalapenos (depending on heat desired)
- 2-3 dried Chile De Arbol (optional)
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 handful cilantro
- salt and pepper to taste
- Splash Lime juice (optional)
- 1 can Rotel Optional
