- 1 Flakiest Pie crust (makes a top and a bottom crust)
- 3 pints fresh blueberries
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp cold unsalted butter, cut into small chucks
Optional: course sugar (raw) to sprinkle on the crust
